Re-gain your Zen at our Yoga Retreat Weekend! Feel centered, calm & relaxed after a fantastic 2-day yoga and meditation mini-break at De Rougemont Manor.

When, where & what?

Your relaxing retreat starts Sunday 20th January at 3:30pm with a 2-hour Restorative Yoga class in our Study Suite, this style of yoga is slow-moving, relaxing and encourages meditation. It aims to restore calm and is especially good for those with busy lifestyles who are always on the go.

The pre-selected first group of 10 will then head off to our on-site salon to enjoy their 30-minute relaxation treatment of choice; guests may choose from Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Facial or Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage. The remaining 10 are free to freshen up, use our fantastic hotel facilities or head for a quiet drink at the bar.

At 8pm the whole group will be seated together for a 3-course gourmet dinner in our Champers Lounge. During the meal your host Emma Louise will inspire you with her mindset coaching techniques and answer any questions you may have. After dinner everyone is free to break out and enjoy the hotel or head back to their rooms for some well earned rest.

The next day starts with an hour Yoga Flow class at 7:30am, this is a perfect way to start your Monday as it will wake up your body and focus your mind ready to kick-start the week. After the class, you can enjoy a Full English breakfast cooked to perfection by our wonderful chefs.

After breakfast, the next set of 10 guests can enjoy their relaxation treatments while the rest of the group are free to enjoy the leisure facilities, explore the nearby area, head home or off to work, feeling more relaxed than ever for a Monday morning!

Yoga retreat guests will need to be checked out by 11am but that doesn’t mean the mini-break has to end there! A popular option is to relax around the hotel, take a stroll in our Nature Reserve (FREE!) and book an Afternoon Tea to enjoy between 12pm-4pm.

Hotel facilities include; gym, sauna, tennis courts, table tennis, nature reserve, treatment salon, bar, restaurant, lounge areas.

The whole break costs only £135 per person!
