After 55 wonderful years, the time has come for De Rougemont Manor to begin a new chapter.

For over half a century, our family has had the privilege of owning, managing, and living at this very special place in Brentwood. De Rougemont Manor has been far more than a hotel to us – it has been our home, our livelihood, and the backdrop to a lifetime of memories. My two sisters and I have grown up here, worked here, and shared countless moments with the people who walked through our doors.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has been part of the De Rougemont story. To our loyal guests & customers, many of whom returned year after year; to our dedicated staff, past and present, whose hard work, care and friendship meant so much to us, particularly to Sam Banks our fellow Director and friend who managed the Hotel brilliantly and tirelessly for the past 10 years; and to our suppliers and local partners who supported us over the decades – we are deeply grateful.

We are pleased to have passed De Rougemont Manor into the hands of a company that shares our respect for its history. The redevelopment will sympathetically restore and enhance the original buildings into beautiful homes for many people, allowing these to be enjoyed for generations to come, while preserving the character and spirit of the place we have always cherished.
